# PF Reports **Provident Fund** (PF) is a voluntary investment fund that helps individuals achieve their financial goals. PF Report is a statement that includes details on provident fund contributions that were deducted for the contribution period. You can view both PF Deduction and PF Coverage Reports. To view the reports, go to Navigation menu> PF Deduction and PF Coverage. ## PF Deduction You can view or download PF deduction for a period and PF ECR File. Start selecting a period by using the Left and Right Navigation arrows. Select Location, Cost Center and Department. In Options, you can select Ignore NCP Days and click View Summary button.

You can also view Excel Summary and ESI Return Reports by clicking their respective buttons.

## PF Coverage You can view PF Coverage based on employee eligibility and employee options. Select Period using the Left and Right Navigation arrows. Select Location, Cost Center, and Department, and click the View button. It shows the number of Total Employees, no of Employees whose PF is Deducted and Disabled.
