  1. Getting Started

Welcome

Welcome to Runtime HRMS Documentation. This page gives you an overview of the Runtime HRMS application.

Runtime HRMS is a cloud based HR Management and Payroll Software. It is built on modern web framework which deploys the most state-of-the-art technologies. Runtime HRMS puts user experience at the center-stage of all design decisions for both HR Managers and employees who use it on a day-to-day basis.

What is a SaaS (Software-As-A-Service)?

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), is a cloud based software delivery model that allows end users to access software applications over the internet. With a SaaS model, the software is hosted on remote servers, maintained and updated by the service provider, and made available to customers via web browsers, mobile apps and APIs.

Runtime HRMS is a SaaS application where you pay for a service and not a product. It is not like a traditional software which can be bought with a one-time payment. It is a subscription based software where you pay a monthly or annual fee to continue using the service. There are no commitments or lock-ins and you only pay for what you use (pay-as-you-go).

No Annual Maintenance: Unlike a traditional software product, you do not need to pay any annual maintenance fee to keep Runtime HRMS up-to-date and running. Our engineers keep updating the software on a regular basis to meet latest regulatory changes. Hardware and software patching is also done on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations.

Pricing Plans and Addons

Runtime HRMS is available as a subscription-based service, with the option to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions can be renewed at intervals of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, depending on the user’s preference.

During the sign-up process, we request the number of employees in your organization to tailor the subscription accordingly. This serves as the base subscription, wherein the billing is calculated based on the employee count.

For instance, if you register 100 employees at a rate of INR 60 per employee per month, the base subscription fee will amount to INR 6,000 per month (excluding applicable taxes).

Addons

Apart from the base subscription plan, Runtime HRMS comes with several Addons. These addons add various functionalities to your subscription. You can activate or deactivate addons any time as per your needs.

The core software functionality does not require purchasing addons.

Addons are priced at a fixed rate per month and do not depend on the number of employees in your subscription. Once you activate an addon, your monthly price increases by the addon price.

If you subscribe to an addon in middle of the month or before your renewal is due, you will be charge pro-rated for the addon, based on number of days/months left in your subscription.

Our Promise

We promise that by using our service, you will be able to develop a happier workplace. With happier and more fulfilling experience at work, your team will be able to perform better and Runtime HRMS will pay back it’s price many times over.
