# Employee Exit

To access the reports of those employees, go to the Reports > Employee Reports >Employee Exits.

### View Report

Select the specific date range, location, cost center, department, exit reason, and Click on the ***View*** to generate the exit report. You can also download the report in Excel or PDF by clicking on respective buttons.

### Exit Reasons

Exit reasons can be used to analyze why employees are leaving the organization. To add or edit Exit Reasons, go to Setup > Other Settings > Exit Reasons.
