# Employee Register

Employee register is a detailed report that includes employee details like name, date of birth, work locations, cost centers, departments, designations, and more. Employee register can be downloaded in excel format.

To Download the employee register, go to the Reports > Employee Reports > Employee Register.

### Generating the employee register

Select a specific period you want to download the report for. Click on the ‘Download’ button to download the employee register in excel format. To filter the employee list for employee register, select the respective location, cost center, and department otherwise leave the default selections.

This is how you can see the employee register will be downloaded with details such as company name, employee code, designation employee name, etc.
