Giving employees access to mobile application is an important task of HR Manager. From the Navigation menu, go to All Employees, select an Employee and click the Access tab.
From here navigate to the Runtime Workman Access section, and click Send Mobile Login. You will see confirm action prompt with the message" Are you sure you want to send login details? This will send details in SMS and an Email to the user with the login credentials. Click Yes to confirm.
Employee will receive the login credentials in SMS or Email with all the details containing the Company, Employee Code and PIN as shown in the image below:
Remember an employee will receive the SMS only when a mobile number is added to the Employee profile. If it's not added then you will see the error message " Please update mobile number in employee details" as shown below.
PIN Never Expires Off- If "PIN Never Expires" is turned off, the manager must share the PIN with the employee each time they need to log in.
PIN Never Expires On - If the PIN Never Expires option is On, employees can login and logout multiple times by using the same PIN over and over again.
Multi-Device Login Off - If Multi-Device option is Off, user can login from one device only. If user tries to login from multiple device then only the latest session will work and others will be terminated.
Multi-Device Login On - You can select this option to allow multiple simultaneous logins for this user on different devices. For this to work, make sure to turn ON the 'Pin never Expires' setting.
Reset Pin- This option allows you to reset the Pin if an employee forgets or misses the Pin. Select the 6 digit Pin and confirm to reset.
Logout - HR Managers can forcefully logout the employees by clicking the Logout option.
