What is Runtime HRMS?

Runtime HRMS is a cloud based Payroll and HR management software. It helps you organise employee information, track employee attendance, process payroll and perform HR Management tasks like issuing letters, etc. It also includes statutory compliance for ESI, PF, TDS and Professional Tax.

Who can use it?

Runtime HRMS is designed for small and medium sized Indian businesses. If your employee strength is between 10 to 1000, it is worth giving it a try. For businesses having less than 10 employees, it is easy to manage employee information and payroll manually using a simple Spreadsheet. For businesses having more than 1,000 employees, it is better to consider an ERP solution.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial of our base plan. Using the free trial, you can explore various features and generate payroll for one or more months. Your employees can install and use Runtime Workman, our employee self service mobile app. After 7-day free trial, you can choose to pay and continue using.

What is the payment frequency?

Subscription charges can be paid for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 3 years. We offer attractive discounts when you pay for 6 months or more.

How to make the payment?

Go to https://account.runtime.one and login using your email and password.

  1. From the list of businesses, click Manage Subscription.

  2. Click Renew and select renewal frequency.

  3. Click Generate Invoice.

  4. An invoice will be generated for your selected renewal duration.

  5. Use any of the available payment options (like RazorPay or OpenMoney) to complete your payment. You can pay using a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or wallets like Paytm etc.

Can I pay offline or a direct bank transfer?

We recommend to pay using online payment facility. This ensures that your subscription is renewed immediately upon successful payment. If you choose to pay offline, you can do so by way of NEFT or IMPS transfer to our bank account.

After making a direct transfer to our bank account, send an email to connect[at]runtime[dot]one with your account name, invoice number and payment reference number.

Our team will confirm the payment and renew your account within 48 working hours.

Our bank account details (Account number, IFSC Code etc.) are printed on each invoice.

How to buy an addon?

Go to https://account.runtime.one and login using your email and password.

  1. From the list of businesses, click Manage Subscription.

  2. From the list of addons, find the one you want, and click on Subscribe.

  3. In the dialog that opens, click Calculate to see the charges required to be paid.

  4. To initiate payment click on Generate Invoice.

  5. An invoice will generated for your selected addon based on number of days left in your subscription.

  6. Use any of the available payment options (like RazorPay or OpenMoney) to complete your payment. You can pay using a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or wallets like Paytm etc.
