# Employee Events

As an HR Manager or a Team Leader, it is very important to keep track of events like Employee birthdays, work anniversaries and wedding anniversaries of employees.

This is made easy with Runtime HRMS employee event report.

To access this report, go to Reports > Employee Reports > Events

This report can be run for one date or a date range.\
To view results on screen, click ‘Load’ and to download the results, click on ‘Export to Excel’.
